I agree with your assessment that 15% would be appropriate. Can Katy Perry appeal the verdict? Maybe her team should call you in for their appeal. (I recall when "Waiting" by Green Day came out and my first thought was that parts of it sounded exactly like "Downtown" by Petula Clark...But I never heard anything about a lawsuit. Any way, great work on your video.
