  1. The 1956 revolution in Hungary and the very said war in Ukraine are two very different things. By the way, in 1956 the US insured the Sovjet that the US would not give any military help to Hungary...the US did not have anything to win in Hungary and the US did not want to risk a possible WW3 against the Sovjet.

The US did not have anything to win in Hungary as now economically and geopolitucally in Ukraine and in 1956 the US did not want to risk a possible WW3 against the Sovjet. The revolution 1956 in Hungary started as a pure fight against the communists in Hungary and a Sovjet army actually started to leave Hungary. But there was a group of people members in the communist party in Hungary actually asked the Sovjetunion for military help against their own hungarian people - and the sovjet army invasion 4th November that crossed the revolution in Hungary was a fact (with also ukrainian soldiers fighting in this invasion army against hungarian revolutionaries). In case of the very sad war in Ukraine between two brother nations Ukraine became sadly turned by the US against Russia as an enemy. The main reason of the war in Ukraine are: - US wanting to push the NATO far east into former Sovjet territory and historical russian empire territory with the promise to Ukraine beeing NATO member in the future - Horrible ukrainian treatment of all ethnical groups in Ukraine, specially the russians With these 2 issues solved diplomatically most possibly there would not have been a war today in Ukraine . Technically, Russia has attacked Ukraine, but the US/NATO/Ukraine/EU all together side by side Russia are responsible in the process that has resulted this terrible war in Ukraine.

What everyone should ask, is it clever to provoke a nuclear superpower like Russia with more than 6000 nuc warheads (more than 2000 of those tactical against smaller targets) and test how long they patience last and when the feel the situation such pressed that they would launch some of their nuc warheads? I don' t think it is wise to test that! The US is the ex. in WW2! Seize-fire in Ukraine to save lives and start peace talks!🕊
