As Jeffrey Sachs has noted in the end of his blog "The key to peace in Ukraine is through negotiations based on Ukraine’s neutrality and NATO non-enlargement." I also recommend to read the blog of Jacob G. Hornberger with the title "RATO and NATO" published 27th February 2023. Both blogs are easy to find by author and title... It is interesting to read both blogs because these two americans give a sober view. Last but not least just think how would the US react if China or Russia would provoke the US in the very near of the US as the US does it in Ukraine? The answer: the US would be as agressive as Russia is now. Conclusion: Not only Russia but also the US/NATO/Ukraine/EU have all their own part of responsibility that collision of different economical and geopolitical interests have resulted this tragic war in Ukraine instead of solving the tension by negitions. It was completely right that Poland, The Czech Rep., Slovakia, Hungary, Roumania and Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia became NATO members as these countries has never ever been a part of the historical Russian Empire.
