  2.  @karliskokorevics6902  , that you have written about sovjet occupation of the Baltic is true. However Germany had played a role in that because sovjet occupation of the Baltics was a result of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. You see, German soldiers in Baltics is a really bad idea even today...
