  11. They were going the speed limit in a golf cart (allowed on the road of the beach). The speed limit was 25 mph. Jamie was going 65 mph in a Camry and inspection of her car showed she only briefly hit the brakes. What more do you want to show that THEY were innocent victims and Jamie was correctly arrested for this?
