  1. I hope he gets a new trial. He would have to have followed right behind her to kill her. She was just going in there to get the cat carrier out. Either it was an accident, or somebody was hanging around there. Maybe her boyfriend's wife. And I didn't hear him say any of that on the recordings. Prosecutors only care about their conviction rate. Not if the person on trial could be innocent.
