  1. Highlanders didnt come from Russia. Where do you get that idea from? Theres no genetic or historical evidence of that. Ive not heard of haplogroups called H1h. There are mitochondrial haplogroups starting with H1 ( very common in western Europe ), and there are Y chromosome Haplogroups starting with H1 ( mostly from south west Asia ), but none that end in 'h.'
