@abdulgaffar4597-g7h Widows and divorcees come from legitimate relationships i.e. marriage, unlike illicit promiscuous relationships. Adoption in Islam was permissible in the beginning but later became forbidden because only biological children can be attributed to their fathers legally. He married her in order to show the tribes that adoption was no longer legal in Islam. Yes, Islam encourages to marry widows and single mothers because culturally they're looked down upon. Virginity has nothing to do with the topic at hand.

@simplyvalour486 "Virginity is not a real, physical thing"... Quit embarrassing yourself. There is no such thing as equality because men and women aren't created equal. In Islam there is something better than your liberal equality bs. There's justice, just rights for men and women. A woman simply can't mentally & physically do the same job as a man and expect to get paid the same. That's injustice.
