  4. Wages is part of the problem. You need to have a high earning job or multiple passive incomes or work 2-3 minimum wage jobs or live with a lot of people in order to get ahead. The main problem is the gluttonous usury financial system. 90% of the homes listed for sale aren't nowhere remotely close to being worth their asking prices. The homes are rundown, outdated, and are probably worth 60% of their asking prices on a good day. The US needs the worst crash in history to happen sooner than later. I just can't wait for the housing market to cave into an abyss.
