  1. I think they DID intend to kill them! If all they wanted to do was frame her, why not set a much smaller fire then escape right away? Why set an enormous fire then sit there and wait till the whole house is almost gone? They could’ve pretended to wake up right after starting the fire so they could all get out on time. Also, the fact that they weren’t even trying to get them out after ‘realizing’ the fire was bigger than they intended🙄. I think the reason he wanted the kids dead was cuz he didn’t want to be watching all 11 kids by himself all day while Miread was at work. Cuz now he wouldn’t have the help of 2 ppl doing all the household chores like cooking and cleaning (which would be a LOT with 13 ppl) so he would inevitably have to step it up. Think about it- miread would have to pick up more hours or get a 2nd job to support all 13 of them without the second income, so he would have almost no help at home due to her being gone all day. He was already lazy AF to begin with, there’s no way he would agree to be fully responsible for 11 kids almost 24/7 by himself! 😒 I just can’t believe a grown man his age could talk two young teens into being with him AND sharing him, AND having multiple children, AND working to support him so he can sit at home all day, AND be violent and abusive. I just can’t wrap my head around what these girls saw in him🤦‍♀️. Very sad!😢
