  1. Not saying for sure this was the case for Judy, but a lot of women choose the “bad boys” cuz they want to fix them and turn them good. And whenever they actually do meet a good guy they find him unattractive for some reason (this part confuses me cuz I don’t understand why being nice is unattractive). I think they really are just chasing men to fix, and clearly it never works…

  2.  @Danheron2  That’s why there should be a statue of limitations for how long the crimes stay on there. Not only will this help for the obv reason that women can avoid dating violent men, but it’ll also serve as a deterrent since the person will struggle to find jobs, friends, and partners. Might make them think twice about committing crimes when there’s actual REAL consequences. Going to jail overnight or doing a few hours of community service isn’t enough of a deterrent to make them stop 🤷‍♀️

  3. Now THAT is what she should’ve petitioned for! That sounds way much more helpful than making cases of disfigurement to be slightly higher. What really needed to be done is this ^^ and also if someone claims DV they need to look at the accusers criminal history to determine guilt or innocence (obv no convictions doesn’t mean they are automatically innocent, but at least it can be taken into consideration if the woman has no bruises or marks). He should’ve NEVER gotten away with that with ALREADY having 8 DV charges 🤦‍♀️ This tragedy clearly could’ve been prevented, but tbh he most likely would’ve done the same thing to another woman so… He was basically destined to be a murderer

  4. I’m confused as to why he only got charged with aggravated assault and not attempted murder?!? How is lighting someone on fire not an attempt to kill them??? 🙄 Also, why does this guy have such a long criminal rap sheet with 8 DV charges yet they don’t believe Judy when he assaulted her?!?! Isn’t that one of the easiest ways to figure out who’s telling the truth- the person with a long criminal history or the one with none at all? It’s so absurd they didn’t believe her, and even more absurd that he has been convicted of like 80 crimes and wasn’t even in prison!!! 😡

  5. Was looking for this comment! I was thinking the same thing the whole video- with such a LONG history of violent crime, why isn’t he in jail?!!? Also how could they not have believed Judy’s claims when he ALREADY has 8 DV charges?!!? Im very concerned about the overall stupidity of this police dept and fear for the public’s safety!

  6. Exactly!!! No one should ever have to testify when there’s overwhelming evidence like this! 🙄 It’s clear that Ohio (is that the state it’s in?) CLEARLY favors criminals over law abiding citizens, which is extremely ridiculous and makes it very unsafe to live there
