That’s sickening that they’re making more $ than actual hardworking people! 🙄 Ya, I never give them money either… Why should we have to work our butts off then give some of that money away to someone who has been sitting there all day doing nothing? Make it make sense!!

The fact that ppl give panhandlers money is sick. They are literally enabling drug addicts and even if they’re the 1% who aren’t on drugs- ur still enabling them to not work!! It drives me nuts that some of them make more than I do just for sitting on their butts 🤦‍♀️

@adventfear They would get disability paychecks from the govt genius. No one is advocating that the disabled don’t deserve help. You are just looking for a reason to oppose the other side, and it’s not working 🤣

@blknoname Then why don’t they accept food or jobs when offered? I would happily give them food or offer them a job, but they never want it… Just drug money

⁠⁠⁠ @CactusCanon 1) even if everyone gave up their guns, we’d still need them bc there’s millions of other things being used as weapons. Or for those who are too old, small, weak, or disabled to fight ppl off with their hands alone, they’d need a gun as well. 2) yes, we will never get agree with 100% of everyone to agree on something, but the less and less ppl giving money away to them, the less and less money they will make. Eventually leading to them seeking a better path. 3) if too many ppl keep giving them money, they’re going to make more than they would at a regular job. Which falls back to the same thing- ENABLING them to not work and ENABLING them to keep doing drugs/alcohol. And THAT is the problem with giving them money

@bluliite Same goes to u for judging the OP for not giving money away to those who are just gonna use it on drugs. Just bc you’re an enabler, doesn’t mean the rest of us have to be 🙄

@CactusCanon Keeping ppl from breaking into ur house and harming you or ur children, hunting, and god forbid, if the govt stopped taking care of us and we went to war. There might be a few other reasons, but those are the main ones
