  1. @Dom Koyuki I think ur spot on! The “I love u Cindy” messages were prolly an attempt to give the idea she had an obsessive stalker so they don’t suspect them. Clearly robbery wasn’t the motive so it had to be either an obsessive stalker or like u said, to silence. I think they took her purse to give the illusion that she ran off willingly. And I don’t think it was a stalker cuz if he really planned to kidnap her why would he leave messages with his initials? Although they could’ve been someone else’s initials in attempt to make it look like someone else was stalking her🤷‍♀️. Either way, this person or ppl did a good job at throwing the investigation off and taking the attention away from themselves!

  2. It has to be a Child sex trafficking ring. Everything was carefully and strategically planned out. They saw the Sodders had 10 children and saw nothing but dollar signs. I’m guessing they held them at gunpoint and forced them outta the house. Anyways, if it’s an actual organized ring (which I’m thinking it was), it would make sense that they would be following up checking in to see if they hired a detective so they can kill him. A random person would prolly not think to do that, nor have the resources to do so (this was before the internet was a thing). So it’d be difficult to stalk someone like that enough to know who the detective was and where he was so they could go kill him 🙁

  3. I was just thinking out of all the ppl who have visited this place over the years (since it’s a tourist attraction), having 1 or 2 deaths after visiting doesn’t sound that weird. We all were somewhere for the last time before we died 🤷‍♀️ Oh and I experience sleep paralysis all the time. So I can say with confidence, things can feel 1,000% real. I can hear, feel, smell, taste, and see things that aren’t there. And if it’s something ur paranoid about (like this guy was with the doll) ur more likely to have an ‘episode’ involving said fear. Idk if annabelle was haunted or not, but the guys story about her choking him has no credibility and the deaths could easily be a coincidence, imo

The fact that DNA can get on someone’s clothing (assuming it’s the factory or retail workers), makes me wonder how many ppl were falsely convicted of crimes they didn’t commit! 😳 And that makes me wonder, does the washing machine get rid of all the DNA? If I remember correctly, it can stay on for a few washes. So chances are if ur clothes are new and haven’t been washed more than a few times, then someone’s DNA is on them! And while we’re on the subject, the same applies to all the food from the store. In addition to all the employee’s, there’s always ppl who pick up something and put it in their cart then change their mind and put it back. So basically all the items in our home are full of other ppls DNA. (And if ur a shelf stocker at a grocery store, ur DNA is in thousands of other ppls homes). What a weird concept!!! 😯

The killer was hiding out in the shed waiting for person 1 to come out and bludgeons them to death, which causes loud noises and screaming so person 2 came out to see what was going on and they get attacked, and so on. The two that were found in the bed must’ve slept through the whole thing which is why they never came out to see what all the commotion was. Whoever the killer was, I bet they were going to inherit the farm along with a bunch of money which is why they didn’t steal any of the cash (cuz they knew they were getting it anyway) and why they kept feeding the animals. No cold blooded killer would care to feed the animals unless there was a financial incentive 🤷‍♀️

Me and JonBennet were born only 2 weeks apart!! 😦 Even at 6-7 years old I remember being so annoyed that she was on tv constantly and on the front page of every newspaper (but ofc I was too young to understand why). Now that Im grown up, I understand why ppl don’t stop talking about it- There’s just too many possibilities that no one can come up with a theory that actually makes sense! And even tho I’ve heard this story tons of times already, Shane and Ryan still found a way to make it entertaining to watch. Love them!! ☺️

  9. I think she truly did suffer amnesia. If all she wanted was fame or attention, she wouldn’t have declined all those interviews. Plus, she didn’t even need the fame since her books were already selling well. The only thing that’s a mystery to me is why she thought her name was different. It’s one thing to forget ur name, but to think it’s a completely different name is bizarre! Who knows 🤷‍♀️

  10. I knew it wasn’t Bobby right when the mom said she wasn’t sure if it was him or not. You would def know if it’s your child or not, unless they were a newborn or had been missing for many years and their features had changed. He wasn’t missing long enough to change dramatically, plus like they said eyes don’t magically get smaller. I think she was so desperate to have her son back she convinced herself it was him. How sad 🥺

  11. I think someone (prolly the salesman) was a trafficker who saw they had 10 kids and how much money they’d make if they took as many as they could. They must’ve used the ladder on the side of the house to climb into the window and prolly put a gun to their head and forced them out of the house. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the ones who went missing were in the same rooms. The fire was set to give the illusion that they burned to death and/or to get rid of their DNA in case they left fingerprints or anything else behind. But ya, think about it- a trafficker who sees someone with that many kids would be seeing nothing but dollar signs.

I think the husband had already plotted that he was going to kill her via drowning cuz 1) the fortune teller said it, so he could easily say she was right 2) she can’t swim and 3) they go on yachts frequently so it would be easy to believe it was an “accident” for her to fall off one day and drown. I think they got into another argument and she threatened to leave him or something, so he pushed her off. The fact that he didn’t want ppl looking for her def says something. And even if she was drunk, it’s hard to believe someone that knows they can’t swim would get anywhere near the edge especially one who already has a phobia and especially at night.

What the hell was he doing with those uteruses?!!? 😳 It sounds like he was either obsessed with female anatomy and wanted them as his trophies, or thinks bc they’re prostitutes they’re not ‘real women’ and don’t deserve to have female parts... Something like that. Oh and Im from European descent, so there’s a chance im related to him. How terrifying!! Thankfully tho, anyone who’s related to him will never know. And let’s hope it stays that way!😬🥴

  14. I find it hard to believe that someone would make a false confession on their death bed... Usually that’s the time where ppl tell the truth cuz they’ve held guilt for all those years. I think the reason his confession was inconsistent was cuz he was drunk when it happened (so he wouldn’t remember all the small unimportant details); and he was really old so he wasn’t thinking all the way straight. Not to mention, memories from decades ago aren’t usually going to be very exact. I think he crushed up sleeping pills (or some sort of poison) into the peas and carrots and it caused her to pass out. Then dragged her body into the car where he could stage the “suicide or accident” scene. The reason she got her injuries was either from an altercation before she passed out, or from him dropping her while moving her body into the car. It’s also possible that he beat her up cuz he was mad at her for coming home late. And she decided she wanted out of the relationship and/or was trying to leave to go get medical attention for her broken nose, and for whatever reason she sat in the car for a while and ended up passing out. Maybe she was hesitant to drive knowing how drunk she was, or debating on wether she really wanted to leave him or not. Idk, I’d really like to know what her BAC was tho, cuz I don’t think u could just fall asleep and pass out like that unless u were completely black out hammered. But either way, it’s still his fault cuz he should’ve checked on her knowing she was in the garage for that long, plus potentially driving drunk. And esp after beating her that bad, he should’ve at least made sure she wasn’t going to succumb to her injuries. No one in their right mind would’ve left her in the garage unattended for that long with the car on. It’s extreme neglect, at best.

  15. It doesn’t make sense for anyone (esp a woman) to go out for a midnight swim in the ocean all alone like that. Not only is it extremely dangerous, but it would’ve been so uncomfortably cold; and if u were to be attacked by a shark there would be no one around to help you!! Plus even if u did want to go for a midnight swim, what would ur face be doing right by ocean floor to have ingested sand? So unless she was psychotically insane, this was no “midnight swim”. It sounds like someone shoved her head in the shallow water causing her to breath in and ingest the sand and drown. Then they let her body drift out into the ocean. The bruising must’ve happened during the struggle, and then the sharks got to her leg afterwards. They say it wasn’t a ‘clean cut’ but that could be explained from a bunch of other reasons, like maybe it was a different kind of shark or a different creature altogether, or maybe 1 shark or creature tried biting into it and didn’t like the taste or texture or something then another found it and finished it off. Lots of different possibilities here

  17. The fact that the murderer wanted to conceal her identity tells me he had a personal connection. If it was a random killing where they had no connection, there would be no reason to conceal who she was. I’m guessing it was a romantic partner, since statistically that’s the highest possibility. Cuz if it was a random killer, they would’ve prolly found more bodies. And sadly she had no family or friends to report her missing. She must’ve lived with said partner cuz if she lived alone, her landlord would’ve called police for lack of payments. So either A) she lived with a partner with the house under his name B) she had a roommate who’s house was under his/her name or C) she was homeless. I’m guessing it’s with a partner cuz she prolly would’ve showed signs of being homeless like dirt all over her, greasy hair, being malnourished, etc. It’s also possible she was a drug dealer or prostitute or something who lived in motels and went by a different name (as most of them do) so if anyone of her friends or clients noticed her missing, they prolly wouldn’t report it. (Imagine calling police and saying my prostitute or drug dealer is missing lol). But even if they did report it, they would’ve given the wrong name. The only way I could see this case ever getting solved is if the partner theory is true and he ends up killing again and getting caught. They still may not know who the woman was, but at least they’d find the killer

I think he got the doors mixed up and once he tried opening it and realized it wasn’t opening, he thought it was broken or stuck so he slammed his body into it to try to force it open, then with all that force it caused him to get the door open and fly out before he even had a chance to see what was happening. If he was known for being clumsy and opening wrong doors, plus was drinking and didn’t normally drink (making him even more clumsy), it sounds believable he would get the wrong door.

  21. I’m surprised they couldn’t compare the unknown blood sample to the two suspects. In any case, there’s no way it could’ve been the husband, unless they somehow magically had a guest over that day who got injured and bled and for whatever reason didn’t clean it up… So ya it’s def not him
