  1. Not really true. It's true however that the only thing that Punjab does is agriculture while other states do agriculture and other stuff too. And that too producing rice (which shouldn't be geographically produced there) by pumping water from the ground using free electricity and subsidized fertilizer and then forcing the govt. to procure it even though India's buffers hold way more grains than the stipulated amount. Heroes of green revolution today are the core of the problem.

If you are still very interested, please do it in Canada. A lot of Sikhs there want to make Khalistan (unlike Sikhs in India). And Canada has a lot of land.
