If only these statements could be more complimentary. :-) "but if you take away the GDP of southern states and some western states" - But if you take away the population of UP, Bihar and West Bengal along with their GDP then India's per capita GDP doubles. The more important question really is why make these selective groupings?.. What purpose does it serve?
