  1. MMS wasn't the PM then. Narashimha Rao was. Without Narashimha Rao's political cover a technocrat like MMS couldn't do anything. You need lessons in both history and economics.

  2.  @curiousthor  When one is comparing the current PM with an FM they don't need to explicitly say that MMS was PM and so the moronic comparison needs to be explicitly called out. If the person had a little more brain the person would be able to see that there are many "competent and democratic leaders" (euphemism for technocrats) doing exactly the same job under Modi's political cover that MMS did under Narasimha Rao's political cover to reform in lincense raj (Congress's gift to India). P.S : I hope my English is good enough for you this time.
