SEZ was brought in by Vajpayee which helped in growth further. That demand for engineers led to creation of many engg. colleges that fed people into the IT revolution. It's funny how people are quick to talk about things that they clearly know nothing about. "Nothing to do with current Indian policies." - Heights of being a moron in the public.
