  1. Watching this video gives zilch useful information to North Korea, by the way. The problem of obtaining enough high-quality uranium or plutonium is very, VERY difficult. The North Koreans have gotten a couple fizzles and one very suspicious claim from their testing, which leads me to think their plutonium is crapped up with Pu-240/241. This is likely when you consider the source of the ploot -- a power reactor -- which was not run expressly to make high quality ploot.
