  1. Looked at a 2015 Yaris in May at my local Toyota dealership,here in the UK. I looked & hanged around outside for 10 mins,i looked for the car,couldn't see it,went inside....waited for 5 mins for a sales person,no one came out,so i left. There was another Yaris at another Toyota dealership,15 miles away,asked them online for a test drive booking on their own website if they can bring it down to my local dealership,as i didn't have a car to get there,same name dealership,different location. No reply for 4 days! I went to my local dealership and informed them of the situation,told them i wasn't a time waster on line,i'm a real person etc & inform them i'm a serious buyer.The customer service informed the sales team,asked me to wait,i waited.....for 5 mins,then i walked out! 5th day they responded,saying the car was sold! So i purchased elsewhere,from a used car dealer,who was trying to start up their business,it did have an extra 20,000 miles thou,same year,model with a CVT, but i'm happy. I made a complaint to both places & told them i saved £2,000 going elsewhere. I'm happy with my Yaris.
