I worked at dealerships here in the UK & he so right even over the pond. Many are on a low wages here,we even had 8yr old loan cars which wasn't the best looking but they were free for customers,customers would put in their own petrol/gas,when one customer came back to complain about the cars the service lady got a much newer car & charged him for it.....the customer knew the previous car was free,customer put his foot in it. My local Jap specialist who i only trust gave me a free load car,i didn't live far at all & that load car was 5yrs old & only put on 3 miles, i take my mothers car & mine to them all the time. Many garages here Pay a low wage, pay peanuts & get monkeys.
