My advice is don't heat up food with plastic containers even if it's micro-wave safe folks.Poison in plastics will regardless how low it is will make you ill and cause problems later in life....i know about this as i was very ill 10 yrs ago from constantly using plastic containers to heat up food.Not going to say what it is as you have to realize it when it's too late and THEN it clicks in your head why.Good luck folks and take my advice. Laugh n joke all you want and i'll laugh n joke when folks who don't listen....just like i did and ignored it.
