  1. Yes! PCV valve should be inspected and cleaned out at 80k some cars suffer more than others and after 100k it should def be replaced.

Never add any chemicals to an auto gearbox.You can drain,refill and drive it abit then repeat that process if you like as there are still ATF in the gearbox.I've never flushed ATF but an engine flush using a good brand is ok every 5 yrs as long you regularly change the oil.I flush my oil every 5 yrs and use fuel cleaner every year if i just do 3k.
