  1. That destroys the entire idea and reason for bitcoin. It was created to work outside of the controlled fiat system.

  2.  @chingron  Exactly. Not anymore. But when it first started and you owned the key for the bitcoin, yes. Once all these fake exchanges popped up, and people started buying without proof of ownership, it was over. That allowed governments and banks to jump in and take control.
