  33. The “make them a utility” argument is very very wrong. That’s exactly what these companies want. If you let the government intervene, you make these tech companies permanent. They need to disappear just like MySpace, Digg and Friendster did. New ones will take their places. But if you let the politicians enact laws on these companies, then they will exist forever and become richer and more powerful .
