  2.  @RaymondHng  Yep...a mess. Some things are nationwide, others aren't. You would think something as important as a voting system would be standardized. We still use 1800s rules in the voting system....like voting on a Tuesday....done because traveling by horse or carriage was slow. That can easily be changed to a weekend or make it a holiday.....to have more voting participation. I am sure it will get more than the current 50% participation rate.
