  28.  @DenaInWyo  I just didn’t like the seating system and all the extra charges for everything else. Although all Airlines now do it. Also didn’t like that a delayed or canceled flight meant that you would have to wait hours or next day for a flight. Can’t just hop on the next flight in 30 minutes like the normal airlines, because SW had available flights limitations. And this was 10 years ago.
