@Mocs6574 That's where I got all my new Jordans from 1987 to 1993. After that, inventory of the shoes increased at other stores, so it didn't have to be Dr Jay's, or Eastbay catalog Lol lol

@Mocs6574 I have relatives that still live in the area between 147th St and 151st , on 3rd Ave. That's the Dr Jay's where my cousins would line up in the AM to get me shoes, and mail them to me....lol.

@Mocs6574 Back then there was no standing in long lines. It was just that stores would only get a very limited amount of shoes. Like they would only have 1 size 10 of a shoe, not multiples. It wasn't because of fad like today.
