  2.  @bobbygreen2291  I have noticed the low house prices in NC. The tv show "Love it or list it" is in NC. The prices here in WY are almost double for the same comparable home I see on the show. I dont hunt, fish, or do camping . I retired at 40 and my wife has a year until retirement....she will be 41. NC has our attention for sure.
