  1. I lived in CA and FL from 2020-2023 (military moves). Bought and sold a new build house in each place 18 months stay at each State. Both have major issues, but FL is pure garbage. At least the entire northern half of the State. Lived in Fort Walton Beach and couldn’t wait for every holiday weekend to get the hell out of there and spend the days at Tampa/Orlando/Miami (the real FL)
