  2. There is plenty of discusting stuff on Netflix. People have the choice of not clicking play. The decision making of Netflix in buying the rights to this movie to be added to their catalog....is highly questionable. But certainly, it must have been a profit based decision. Knowing that the controversy generated by the film, would increase viewership. And then use the excuse of....foreign film, foreign culture in case of blowback.
