The Monsanto lawsuits revealed during discovery, company emails showing that 3rd party companies were hired to provide armies of trolls on social media, defending anything against Monsanto. This all came out during the trial and made public. Plenty of news media also reported it.

  5. US Constitution does not allow these non-incorporated territories to vote to decide their future. Power to change any political status on any of these territories resides entirely on Congress. This was decided in US Supreme Court in 1903, and has not changed since.

Not sure why you keep defending something the courts already decided on. Numerous Monsanto emails showing how they hire trolls and ghostwrite science documents are in those documents. I just re-read a few 5 minutes ago. It's very simple.

If you are truly a farmer, and a concerned one....I also lived in the Philippines.....and when Monsanto reached that country, people were excited about the better yields and shorter harvest. Well....the crops that were used to feed the animals made them sick....people also got sick eating their harvest. Farmers had to take loans to buy seeds fertilizer and other products...and ended up losing their lands because Monsanto itself had loaned the money. This was in 2015....I have not followed up on those experiences to see if any changes have been made.

  70. jlhabitan50 If you are referring to Hawaii and Alaska, the statement is incorrect . Those 2 were never in the colonial status of “Unincorporated territory”. Alaska was purchased from Russia and immediately “incorporated” into the US. Hawaii we did a coup and also “incorporated “ the islands. In the Constitution , “incorporated “ means that path to statehood is guaranteed . Unincorporated means that Congress decides, if ever, the outcome. This happened because of the Phillippines. As a US colony, Congress started discussing statehood. But obviously, having a brown people State was inconceivable and they created the term “Unincorporated territory” to differentiate those that would never become part of the Union. This was decided by the Supreme Court in 1903....The Insular Cases.
