EE took the wrong turn about 2 years ago. Used to be a great channel. But seems like his content is being forced fed to him ever since.

@freemanol No. My comment is referring to the EE channel as a whole, not China titles. His economic videos and philosophy were based, independent, and logical years ago. Then at around 2020, they turned into a script , a narrative, opposite to what EE used to publish. It became curated, as if the content is being given to EE by the IMF/World Bank type curated. Very weird change.

@hippomormor I love China Uncensored. My comment is referring to the channel and how it changed a couple of years ago from independent research, to being a mouthpiece to the multinationals.

@feizaijohn9125 Your comment made no sense to me. I watch all kinds of genres and points of views. My comment about EE has nothing to do about China, but it does have to do with how his content changed 2 years ago from independent research, to “insert any 3 letter agency here” script.

@feizaijohn9125 Because China Uncensored has the agenda on the title, so everything is expected. EE was a neutral economics fun channel that turned into something else.

@hippomormor I believe you are replying to the wrong person. None of my comments are about China or about this specific video. I’m only pointing out how EE left it’s independent roots.

@Homer-OJ-Simpson I believe the opposite. EE was right wing, now he is a talking head for the left. Can’t get trapped into that left/right BS. It’s different in different countries. A US “left” politician would easily be right wing in the UK.

@feizaijohn9125 No. I watch all sides of every topic. Chris has a fun way of presenting them. I also watch his other channel, and disagree with a lot of things in both channels, and agree with others.

@Homer-OJ-Simpson No, lol. The complete opposite. His videos were unbiased, and in 2020 he flipped into full globalist/elitist bobble head mode. Not sure if the left/right applies, since this is a topic that is different in every country. Here in the US, globalism can be considered a leftist point, so pointing that flaw about EE would be considered a “right” move.
