  2. I think the ranking is based on Colleges/Universities. K-12 is probably ranked 35.

  3.  @Toastmaster_5000  I agree. Although the FL public University system gets good ratings, it’s definitely not number 1. And K-12 is horrendous everywhere other than the area of St Augustine.
