  1. I have purchased houses in TX, WY and FL. And I sold and moved from all 3. All 3 States have pros and cons, with TX being the least bad one of the 3.

  2. I knew it was going to be Florida. I bought a house there in 2022, and left the state in 2023 because it costs the same to live there than in California. And I was in the Panhandle.
