I was born in the city where the 1st Capital of the US was. Lived in 7 States across the US. And I admit that Europe is way Superior after living there for 4 years.

@rollthedice54 Never needed it in WY, TX, FL, CO, CA, NY, SC, and never needed it in Europe, Asia or the Caribbean. Never needed it at my job in all 21 years in the military. No small pipi complex here.

We tip to subsidize that lack of commitment of the employer to their employees.

Colorado is a great option. Lived there for 5 years. Now I’m in Destin Florida and I miss everything from Colorado.

@seanoleary1979 Don’t think I will ever need it. It is what it is. And I have lived in places where the crime rate was top 5 in the US. Still didn’t need it. It’s a mindset more than anything. Some people need the 2A for their personal happiness, some people don’t. And that is ok.

Looking at it as the entire Country, it’s not used. Different for the folks in normal cities like NYC, CHI, LA, BOS, etc

@0fficialdregs Still kind of regional, but yes, they exist solely because of the main hubs in the metro areas. We definitely need more modern , faster trains to connect the country. I lived in Europe and South Korea, and the trains there were everywhere, easy to use, and meaningful stops/destinations.
