  1. I have been living in Wyoming for 6 years, thinking I could retire here. I love quiet.......but this place is beyond quiet. Almost like living in the moon quiet. Moving out in December......I'll return to Wyoming when I'm 95. That's the perfect age for living here.

  4.  @goosebump801  I'm currently in Solano County, CA. Will be here 2 years. The weather contrast between here and WY is a welcomed change. I can actually be outdoors any day of the year now, instead of only 3 months. Now living at sea level, Cheyenne WY is over 6000 feet above sea level. I can breathe better. I don't have to drive 90+ minutes anymore to get my basic necessities ....all within 25 minutes now. Ski resorts half the distance I had to drive when in WY. And the Pacific Ocean is 1 hour away. I am surprised by the amount of retirees I have seen here. Didn't think CA would have this many.
