  1. Cheyenne has a population of 59k. It's the State Capital. I guess the 8-9 months of winter, nothing to do, and high property prices made it impossible to be included on the list.

  2. I lived across from Beacon NY for about a year. It was nice to have the train station there that takes you directly to Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
