  28. We, the USA, had hundreds of people in Wuhan during the October 2019 to January 2020 timeframe. Many of those folks in Wuhan were evacuated on Jan 29,, and landed at several US Air Force bases around the US. On 30 Jan....WHO declared a Global Pandemic. I have close friends that treated these folks upon arrival to Lackland AFB, a place where I worked at for 10 years.
