  1. If only those countries that developed the vaccine with PUBLIC funding would make the pharmaceutical companies that captured the patents, release the recipe for the entire world. How is this a global fight, if there is no global effort to combat it?

Releasing the recipe for the entire world seems to be the only way to fight the pandemic . Unless there isn't really a desire to do so.
