Its not a resurgence of the theory. The evidence has been there all along since 2019. The detail is that now, the news outlets are reporting it, 15 months late.

@japjungho4645 Evidence came out in October 2019. US didn't renew the funding for gain of function research that was being done in Wuhan and North Carolina. That research is prohibited in the US, so the NIH use the funding via NIAID and EcoHealth, to do it in Wuhan. If you search for "US funded Wuhan", you will get results for many news outlets that reported on this as far back as October 2019. Trump was critizied late 2019 and early 2020 for not renewing the funding of this research.

@walter.... The lab leak is the only scientifically verifiable one. The composition of the virus has engineering characteristics.

@japjungho4645 I provided zero political reasons. I did provide the funding fact, and why it was done in Wuhan and not the US. And you can find 100% evidence of this wirh the simple search phrase I shared. The funding issue is public information. Has always been available. US Congress just reauthorized funding to continue this type of research.

@walter.... It's obvious. But when you have the 2 most powerful countries entangled in it, and investigating themselves, the outcome will never be the honest truth. Look at an example of just 1 individual....Epstein. Obvious crimes......still walked around freely. China and USA will just point to some scapegoat and call it a day.
