@SayAhh Basically yes. All internet traffic is captured by government inteligence agencies, before it reaches it's destination. But military captures the least. I worked IT in an Air Force hospital, and we spent most of our day blocking people from getting intp Friendster, MySpace, and FB. Then one day we were told to stop blocking FB......all us techs panicked because of how vulnerable it would make our network........but then after a year, we found out that fb was ours (DoD). I couldn't believe it. That's why we are having this meltdown with Huawei and Tik Tok. Because we know what can be done with hardware and social media.

Thanks to the DoD.

Also....the GPS used on Google maps is controlled by the Air Force from a few military bases in Colorado. These Air Force bases are now part of the Space Force. I visited Peterson and Schriever just before the covid shutdowns. I'm stationed at FE Warren.

@SayAhh Musk's system is fairly new. And he is working already with the Air Force, and doing joint military exercises. Last big military exercise with Starlink was in April 2020. Privacy has been gone since October 2001, when the Patriot Act was signed. That's when full surveillance was given a green light. It is still the law of the land.
