  1. But cruising is turning into Spirit Airlines. It used to be all inclusive, but since the 2010s they have been partitioning services that were part of the cruise reservation and charging additional fees. I expect it will eventually apply to luggage too.

  5.  @Love2Cruise  All lines used to be all inclusive, even on Carnival. There were no extra charges for anything other than Internet and alcohol package.

  7.  @michaelvitale4029  The point is that all that was already included at a lower fare for ALL. But now the fare is higher, plus you have to pay extra for the things that used to be part of the fare.
