Very true. It's cyclical. But our US folks have short term memory, and do not realize it. Before CA became a powerhouse, the people that made that, came from the NE, after that area became saturated. And after TX goes through it, it will move somewhere else.

@mayaal9352 I lived in TX from 2002-2010. Good times. Only con was the mountain cedar. It's miserable.

Lived in both also. San Antonio TX. North Bay Area, CA. Loved San Antonio when I was there 2002-2010. But the weather here in the Bay Area is perfect. Plus a couple of hours driving gets you to snowy mountains. CA definitely better living than TX.

Texas is the one attracting the California companies. Companies that require highly educated workforce. Workforce that leans politically democratic. But people blame the workforce, instead of the TX politicians that are creating this shift.
