  4.  @jamfoxs  Thanks. Job not an issue....Wife and I each military retired in 2020. Just looking for a normal place to live in, since we don't have roots anywhere in the USA . Our relatives are scattered across 11 States....lol.

  5.  @ricinro  Looks like that northern mountain area is the only liveable area in the state. We have lived in high altitude before...Cheyenne Wyoming, for 6 years. Elevation there is 6,100 feet.
