  2. Lol... USA always discovers things after other countries have been doing it for 400 years.....and then they act as if its groundbreaking. They did the same with coffee....numbering waves of coffee....next wave is 4th.....but coffee countries have been at 4th wave for over 300 years.

  3.  @godemperorofmankind7255  I'm sure there are places you can find it in SF. My point is that in Europe this is a non issue because it's an every day thing and not a specialty like in the US.
