  1. Remember history: the mainstream press was 100% on board with the Red Scares of the 1920s and 1950s. It's come around again and as always, it's almost entirely a fantasy. The way the press are going after Trump is so over the top that it reminds me of the hate thrown at the Clintons in the 1990s. It was so rabid that people overlooked the Clintons' very real public and private "sins" and inoculated them.
