  1. I am a boomer (born in 1962, although I may not look it) and I agree that as a generation, we have been irresponsible and selfish. Not all of us are that way, but I really feel for Generation X and the Millennials. They've been given a very bad hand. We have to do more, BUT keep this in mind: The six heirs of Sam Walton (aka the WalMart family) have a net worth greater than 130 million Americans combined. Instead of fighting an intergenerational war, focus on fighting the true enemy: the few thousand oligarchs who own 95% of EVERYTHING. (Yes, it's really just a few thousand).
