  2. Politicians are NOT going to help us unless we FORCE them to. If Wal-Mart workers want to unionize, they'll have to fight the way the auto workers did in the 1930s. It won't be pretty--it'll be hard as hell--but they have to do it NOW. The big difference between the USA and European democracies is the relative powerlessness of unionized labor in the USA.
