  1. Trump can be re-elected in 2020 if he wants it. The Democratic donors have already decided it'll be Senator Harris, who inspires no one who is worth less than $10 million. She'll lose and the Republicans will win with huge majorities in both Houses.

  2. I predict after the 2018 midterms, Repubs will have increased congressional majorities (both houses) and will increase even more in 2020. The Democrats have NOTHING to offer the working class base except ridicule and blame ("you're too stupid to vote for us!"). There's an epic tool named Markos Moulitsas, aka the owner of DailyKos, who is very good at fronting this attitude. He's been wrong about everything in his entire life but that doesn't stop him because being wrong pays.

  3. Imagine if Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, held up a brochure and had to read from it to explain what his company does. He'd be derided as a hopeless fool and incompetent. And yet Rep. Pelosi cannot tell us what the Democratic Party stands for. Because what it stands for is enabling the big corporations to do whatever they want.

  5. I've observed Nancy Pelosi's career for many years in San Francisco, and she was NEVER articulate. Age hasn't helped but Pelosi was like this in her forties. When you're as rich as Pelosi, you get to mumble and stumble and nobody calls you to account.
