  1. Even in the UK, where the National Health Service (NHS) is a hallowed institution, rich people have the option of paying for private care. There IS an option to the government-managed healthcare system. But what Feinstein didn't say is that right now, millions of Americans have NO health care, which includes health care they pay for but can't afford because of high co-pays etc.
